Loba Beauty Policies
All Sales Are Final
All services and products purchased at Loba Beauty are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Deposits Required
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts vary depending on the service and will be applied toward your total balance.
Card on File Authorization
By booking an appointment, you agree to keep a valid card on file in our secure booking system. Loba Beauty reserves the right to charge the card on file for applicable fees including late cancellations, no-shows, late fees, or unpaid balances according to our policies. By providing your card information, you authorize these charges if policies are violated.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee up to 100% of the service cost.
Late Arrival Policy
A $15 late fee will be applied after 10 minutes. Your service time may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.
After 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost. Future bookings will not be permitted until the balance is paid.
Client Forms & Consultation Requirement
All clients are required to complete the required consent and intake forms before arriving to their appointment. This allows us to prepare properly for your service and avoid delays.
Depending on the service, clients may also be required to complete a short questionnaire before future appointments to update medical history, skin changes, or treatment goals.
Failure to complete required forms prior to your appointment may result in delays, rescheduling, or cancellation of your appointment.
By booking, you agree to complete all required documentation.
Right to Refuse Service
Loba Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow policies, arrives excessively late, or behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner.
Policy Agreement
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all Loba Beauty policies. These policies are in place to protect our time, our clients, and the quality of service we provide.
Medical Consent & Contraindications
By receiving services at Loba Beauty, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your medical history, medications, skin conditions, allergies, and any other health conditions that may affect your treatment.
Clients must inform Loba Beauty if they are:
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Using Retin-A, Accutane, or other prescription skin medications
- Using blood thinners
- Under medical treatment for any skin condition
- Diabetic or have healing disorders
- Prone to keloids or hyperpigmentation
- Having active infections, open wounds, or sunburn
- Undergoing chemotherapy or recent surgery
- Using antibiotics or photosensitive medications
Loba Beauty is not responsible for complications resulting from withheld medical information.
For safety reasons, Loba Beauty reserves the right to refuse or modify treatments if contraindications are present.
By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge:
- You have disclosed all known medical conditions
- You understand results may vary per individual
- You accept the risks associated with aesthetic treatments
- You give informed consent to receive services
